DISCLAIMER

Homemade Munchies operates within a perimeter that strictly adheres to the laws of Anguilla and that which relates to the Environmental Health Department. Preparation for catered food is made within a day to a few hours leading to the event. Most menu items are prepared within one to four hours before delivery, depending on the item and the time it takes to be prepared. Delivery is done at least half an hour before the commencement of the event. Sweet menu items such as cakes, cookies, and chocolate edibles are prepared at least one day in advance of the event. It is expected that catered food is on display before it is consumed, however, the individual who receives the food upon delivery is responsible for food safety and proper hygiene before, during, and after it is served.

Individuals wanting to place an order should ensure that the form provided is completed and includes detailed information on any food allergies, food intolerances, and dietary restrictions.

This “Disclaimer” releases Homemade Munchies from any liability with regard to
– possible spoilage of food which may lead to food born illnesses
– the consumption of leftover food removed from the site on the event date
– allergic reactions from foods eaten at the event
