- It is a pleasure to serve you! We welcome your genuine feedback so do stay in touch after we’ve served you.
- There are minimum and or maximum order limits on most food items.
- We cater to small informal gatherings of under 20 persons, however, we are willing to work with larger groups ordering up to 3 menu items at a time.
- We do not offer table linen, tableware, cutlery, and beverage service.
- Event orders must be made no less than one week before the event or occasion date.
- Please allow for a 24-hour response time after your order is sent.
- While an automated email is sent to confirm receipt of the order, this does not confirm the actual order.
- After your order is received a quotation will be sent to you. Your email confirmation will be considered as an agreement to the quote.
- Orders are not guaranteed until the full amount of the quotation, as agreed upon, is received through bank transfer (preferably) or paid by cash.
- Funds are refundable if cancellations are made at least three (3) days before the event or occasion date. The day of the event should not be included in the count.
- Our menu items are prepared in a kitchen that uses shellfish, wheat, nut, chocolate, and dairy ingredients.
- Please indicate any allergies or special dietary requests on the order form.
FEES: Our mission is to serve delicious, high-quality food using the best ingredients, and our pricing reflects everything it takes to make that happen—from food and labor to logistics, setup, utilities, and overhead.
- All prices are quoted in USD, however, should you require the XCD amounts, we use the bank’s conversion rate of 2.7169
- Deliveries and set-up are complimentary. However, a small fee is applied to any breakdown and pick-up services.
- We reserve the right to adjust any prices on the quote to reflect any changes in supplies or food costs.
- In the event of any misplaced or broken serveware (reusable sets), the company or individual responsible for placing the order agrees to cover all related costs.
